•Implement and introduce global HR strategy
•Develop and execute social relations strategy and ensure strong relationships are built with social partners and oversee collective labour agreements
•Develop appropriate employee engagement and retention initiatives
•Ensure all talent practices: hiring, leadership development and succession planning practices are delivered.
•Contribute to the development of global policies and processes and responsible for their implementation at local level.
•Identify local needs and build and execute local people strategy to include Diversity and Inclusion
•Partner across Talent management team to ensure tools and solutions are appropriate.
•Ensure performance management practices are adopted by leaders and across functions
•Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders, key stakeholders and social partners
•Bring new and innovative thinking to the market
•In charge of the HR development policy & provide career development: career path, development program, training, assessment.
•Define and implement the recruitment strategy in line with the company's Global objectives.
•Develop a strategic workforce planning management policy.
•Reinforce the training policy by ensuring that existing skills match the company's needs in a context of strong growth.
•Lead change management and HR transformation projects.
•Define and implement a compensation & benefit strategy
•Managing HR data’s strategy (HR dashboards, social balance sheet, etc.)
•Advise and support managers in terms of HR management and development.
•Developing uses of new technologies through HR development systems and digitalization of training programs, self-assessment, online training and knowledge management
•Guaranteeing the application of labour law and the collective agreement, anticipating legal and social impacts.
Skills & knowledge
•Ability to work efficiently in a decentralised, international setting
•Strong leadership skills
•Strong expertise in legal and social relations
•Good understanding of geographical constraints and financial implications in terms of HR development
Education and Experience
Masters level in local or European HR with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Senior HR role. European experience desired.
