My Client, in the non-profit Industry is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to report directly to the CEO in the Naas area.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for extensive Diary and meeting room management.
- To be a point of contact for the CEO within the organisation.
- Responsible for distributing Agendas, taking minutes of meetings and preparing draft minutes for approval.
- Responsible for conference, event booking, travel and accommodation arrangements when required.
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange Leadership Teams’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking and transportation.
- Complete special projects/ad hoc duties from time to time.
- Manage all Board and Standing Committee meetings and circulation of packs, support creation of presentations, proof-reading all documentation prior to issue etc.
- Responsible for building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of experience in a similar role supporting C-level executives and must drive.
- Must be advanced in MS office suite.
- Must be highly organized and an excellent communicator both verbal and written.
- Must have excellent attention to detail, be team player and be able to work on own initiative.
