- Manage renewals - focus on clients service and retention
- Mid term adjustments / policy amendments
- Excellent Customer Service
Required
- CIP or APA Personal General Insurance
- Personal lines Product Knowledge
- 2+ years insurance experience - preferably insurance sales
- RELAY software knowledge
- Microsoft office programmes experience
- Customer service experience
