An opportunity has arisen for a PMO Analyst to join a multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company.
Location: Remote working
Pay rate: £250 Ltd company
Duration: 12 months
Role Summary:
• Analysing, interpreting and providing insight on the progress of projects to provide a consistent and accurate view of delivery
• Operational & Project RAID Log management, including identifying risks and issues and working with colleagues to manage mitigating actions to completion
• Proactively works with Project Managers, Business leads and external partners to track and manage Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies
• Collating status reports from multiple projects and producing coherent and consistent programme level status updates
• Work with various project stakeholders (internal & external) to support in scheduling of project meetings
• Coordinate project meeting, including taking minutes and tracking of actions to completion
• Working with colleagues in different departments to organise and collate project documentation in line with company standards
• Support onboarding of new resources, forecasting of resource requirements, support time recording/tracking
Experience/ Qualifications Required:
• Proven experience of providing analytical services within a PMO supporting a large matrix programme within Pharma industry
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders consolidating, aligning and tracking progress against multiple projects within a programme
• Pharmaceutical experience is a MUST
• Experience producing financial forecasts, tracking of actuals against planned spend and reconciling inbound invoices
• Strong Excel, Teams and SharePoint skills
• Microsoft Project experience - Teams and SharePoint
