What you will earn from this role:
Our client is looking for a professional who can support set up & day to day coordination of a team’s business operations and execution of procurement activities. You will work closely with the Management team & Program Management Office and have the opportunity to engage with the business functions across the company, learn different areas of the business and contribute to the creation of the business management systems.
Some of your tasks but not limited to:
· Identify and track key internal deadlines ensuring timely follow up and execution
· Assist with team meetings set-up, agendas, speakers
· Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for internal business functions
· Assist with the maintenance and development of a robust internal network of stakeholders
· Work with Engineers, Program Managers & other Associates and be prepared to assume responsibility over management of complex equipment orders for building out Engineering Labs including
· Drive Quote generation
· Work with internal commodity managers to find best material sourcing
· Input procurement order forms
· Onboard new vendors into the company’s procurement systems as needed
· Drive software procurement process
