Procurement or Accounting Specialist with French
Our Client is a global consulting company which provides their solutions in more than 40 countries in area of Business Process Outsourcing, Human Resources and IT. The company was set up more than 35 years ago.
Currently we are building the new team where you can choose which role is the most interesting for you: Accounting Role, Procurement Role. You don’t have to have previous relevant experience if you would like to change your current interests and responsibilities.
Location: Łódź (remote work)
Procurement Specialist
• Email/phone communication to manage customer orders
• Proactive communication to the customer on order status and potential issues
• Root cause & corrective action
• Risk assessment and escalating when needed
• End to end supply process ownership on order management •
Adhering to work standard to ensure high qualitist
Acounting Specialist
• Putting relevant data from invoice to the system in French and English
• Answering clients’ questions about the invoices and data via mail and phone by French
• Working with other teams
• Process and book travel expenses, checking the compliance of relevant receipts with the Travel Policy
Requirements:
• Fluent English and French (min. B2 level)
• At least secondary education (High School diploma)
• Previous experience would be an asset
• Customer orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• SAP knowledge would be an asset
