A global services company is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Procurement Specialist to join a friendly team.
Responsibilities:
• Manages sourcing activity for procurement categories to maximise benefit from the spend portfolio.
• Formulates category plans maximising scale opportunities across multiple projects.
• Consolidates spend and leverages supplier relationships to deliver the best proposition at the lowest total cost whilst maintaining customer service and product quality. • Implements strategies for the agreed categories which improve commercial performance whilst maintaining compliance and mitigating risk. • Support strategy of global supplier assurance effort and improve KPIs such as spend under contract, spend with preferred suppliers, % critical suppliers vetted, % of critical suppliers with back-to-backs, % of suppliers managed as per customer assurance requirements, etc. • Drive and implement industry-specific Supplier Assurance to … • Analyze contracts and identify risks to develop account specific assurance programs. Requirements:
Proven experience in procurement 3+ years
Degree education.
Strong business acumen. Knowledgeable in negotiation and contracting processes,
Must have valid EU work visa and fluency in English
