Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions from the scrum teams.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
- Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management.
- Lead team scrums to define product deliverables and PI commitments.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders & collaborate to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI.
- Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide cross functional Agile software development teams.
- Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog.
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in private or public sector, information technology or healthcare industry.
- Requires a BS degree or international equivalent in a relevant area of study.
- Ability to prioritise in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
- Experience working in a large multinational company and comfortable working with global teams, matrixed structures and different time zones.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding Software defined lifecycle SDLC and background in agile or lean practices.
