My client is a prestigious online education organisation, built by doctors and healthcare professionals for doctors and healthcare professionals. The organisation has built an enviable market traction worldwide, and is expanding their business, looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Programme Advisor to join an expanding team.
Job description
You'll be joining a successful team that delivers online medical education programmes to healthcare professionals seeking to upskill and strategically progress their careers.
As a Programme Advisor, you will have a solid ambitious sales experience, who is eager to convert high quality inbound leads using an expert and consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the Full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer needs analysis, presenting, closing, and overcoming objections are constantly managed
- Successfully manage a pipeline of high-level prospects, and accurately report all progress (sales pipeline, calls, progressive lead follow ups) via our CRM
- Ability to work at pace and deliver activity Targets (outbound calls, % of customers qualified, touch point rates, progressive follow-ups)
- Understanding of each prospects profile, needs and values in order to provide personalised consultation and enrolment all throughout the sales and conversion process
Highly Valued for this role:
- 3rd Level Qualification (Diploma or Degree in a business discipline) preferable
- High level sales experience necessary 3 years plus, with educational industry experience preferable
- Possessing a second language is highly valued
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing sectors and technologies is preferable.
