Key skills –
At least 5 years experience supporting business transformation projects.
Experienced in delivering service improvement projects.
Proven track record supporting business change as a Programme Manager, Project Manager, PMO Specialist, Change Manager or Business Analyst.
Ability to lead system design, UAT, Business and Reporting requirements, design quality framework and design training.
Previous experience setting up a communications strategy to support business and technology change.
Previous experience working in public sector or healthcare is essential – MedTech, Pharma, Healthcare, Hospitals
Prince II or PMP Certified
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work in fast paced, complex, challenging demanding environments.
A change enabler, facilitator
Positive, solution focused, strong influencing skills required.
