Purchasing Specialist
One of our clients is seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist who is confident operating in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities, enabling effective prioritisation and management of multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, supported by a proactive and adaptable approach to teamwork.
- Skilled in negotiation and vendor/supplier management, with clear and confident communication across written, verbal and presentation formats.
- Proven experience in purchasing, sourcing, stock control or broader supply chain operations, ideally gained in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- Confident user of inventory and materials-management systems, with the ability to maintain accurate records and workflow processes.
- Relevant background in supply chain, procurement, finance or a related operational field, supported by formal qualifications or equivalent experience.
Key Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Finance.
