Quality & Compliance Manager, Facilities Management, Construction Experience
My client a Building Construction Engineering Company are looking to recruit an exceptional Quality & Compliance Manager to cover their client sites based in Dublin. The successful candidate will provide the Hard Services Facilities Management suite of services delivered by experienced engineers who are backed up by their
planning, technical and administration teams.
Manage the implementation of our ISO 9001 QA system
Ensure statutory compliance is achieved across clients sites
Manage documentation control policies and procedures
Ensure GDPR policies are correctly implemented
Strong emphasis on quality inspections and compliance audits.
Colate KPI's to measure quality related performance
Implement corrective action procedures
Meticulous in relation to enforcing quality standards.
Implement quality training
Management of all quality related training.
Preparation of project specific quality plans.
Manage quality on multiple client sites
To be considered for the role you must:
Have a Third Level Qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Facilities Management and/or Construction industries.
Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work on your own and as part of our team.
Work well in a fast-paced environment.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
