-The ideal candidate will have 2+ years agency or in-house Recruitment experience, ideally with professional services recruitment experience.
-Currently remote working however when restrictions ease candidates would be expected to return to the office on a p/t basis.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates
Work closely with various stakeholders across the organisation
Proactively attracting and sourcing candidates directly via a range of methods
Promoting the employee referral scheme
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal clients / hiring partners as well as candidates
Short-listing applications, conducting competency-based interviews and assessments, providing timely feedback to candidates, clients and recruitment agencies
Preparing and negotiating job offers
Involved in adhoc projects
HR degree or relevant qualification
2+ years Recruitment experience
Experience in a professional environment and/or technology recruitment a distinct advantage
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
