CPL Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter for a permanent role with an Engineering company based in Dublin West. The candidate must have 3+ years experience in Recruitment, preferably with experience recruiting engineering, construction or manufacturing
· Management of high-volume recruitment.
· Manage new and existing candidate activities.
· Develop and maintain internal stakeholder relationships.
· Deliver end-to end talent acquisition service.
· Sourcing of passive candidates using all available channels.
· Build a strong database of candidates across all required skillsets.
· Candidate contract negotiation and set up including rate negotiation, work permits etc.
· Attending networking events to drive both candidate attraction activities and employer brand activities.
· Work closely with the TA Team to assist with implementing policies, procedures, and systems.
· A bachelor’s degree level education in a relevant field of study such as HR, Business Studies or Engineering.
· 3 + years experience recruitment experience. Open to in-house and agency
· Strong understanding of talent acquisition tools and industry trends.
