Seeking a TA Specialist to join a Pharmaceutical Organisation on a permanent contract - The successful candidate responsible for partnering with the business to provide an end-to-end recruitment service.

- Work in partnership with hiring managers, providing guidance, support, and recommendations on candidates for interview and hire.
- Design resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and building talent pools.
- Manage own workload to ensure a best-in-class recruitment service is delivered.
- Recommend, coordinate, and participate in hiring events such as Job Fairs, external recruiting and other networking events.
- Degree or local equivalent.
- Recruitment experience essential.
- Customer focussed with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to meet monthly targets and to develop creative sourcing strategies.
