Seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a Multination Tech Organisation for a 12-month initial contract. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years recruitment experience.
- End to end recruitment
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal hiring managers as well as candidates
- Short-listing applications, providing timely feedback to candidates/hiring manager
- 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
- Successfully deliver on all deadlines and execute in a very fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies
