An exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a Multination Tech Organisation for an initial 11-month contract. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1+ years’ recruitment coordination experience & ideally a minimum 2 weeks’ notice period. (Currently remote working)
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate a high volume of recruiting activities including interview or phone screen scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements
• Facilitate all onsite interviews
• Act as the main point of contact on the interview process for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, respond to questions and troubleshoot issues
•Opportunity to get involved in different projects
• Communicate professionally at all times
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 1+ years’ experience in a similar HR position
• Possess a positive, “can do,” service-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate professionally via email and phone with candidates and managers
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
•Proven customer service skills, has a solid track record of delivering results and a desire to exceed expectations
• Outlook, Excel knowledge, recruiting or human resources system experience a plus
