An exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a Multinational Organisation for an 11-month contract based in Dublin City Centre (Hybrid working).
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
● Managing the scheduling of onsite interviews with speed, efficiency with excellent attention to detail
● Candidate management from interview scheduling, background checks and onboarding processes
● Liaise with HR team to ensure smooth on-boarding experience for candidates
● Assist with the end-to-end recruitment cycle
● Assist with managing the referral process
Requirements:

● Strong analytical skills and proven track record in applying analytical skills
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service focus.
● Strong communication and time management skills.
● Excellent attention to detail.
● Ability to Prioritise and multi- task.
● Excellent administration skills.
● Strong IT skills in particular MS Excel
● ATS experience, Workday experience is highly desirable.
