Manage the end to end recruitment process of vacant posts in conjunction with the hiring manager.
Lead a team of Administrators to successfully coordinate various recruitment campaigns.
Provide timely reporting of key metrics (lots of Excel reporting in this position)
- Adhere to and advise on HR best practice in relation to recruitment processes.
- Responsible for management of personnel documentation processing and electronic personnel files maintenance.
- Provide guidance and management support on HR/Recruitment matters to employees and managers.
- Coordinate the successful onboarding of employees
The successful candidate:
- Previous Recruitment experience in an incredibly fast paced environment
- Experience managing both individual and high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Strong Excel and reporting abilities
- Highly confident at communicating and building relationships with stakeholders of all levels
- Flexible approach to working in an ever-changing environment
