Are you an experienced Recruitment/TA or Sourcing Specialist currently looking for a new challenge in-house? Our client, a US multinational in the software & technology sector headquartered in the mid-west region are now undergoing a period of significant expansion & have partnered with CPL to hire on an initial 12 month contract, so if you’re interested, please apply!
Reporting to a Senior Recruitment Manager & acting as key part of the overall Recruitment & TA group, your duties will involve sourcing candidates for multiple roles across software/IT & technical teams, supporting hiring managers in their needs, running recruitment pipelines across diverse projects, candidate management, utilising diverse recruitment/sourcing tools & preparing details reports on recruitment metrics for management teams.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree qualified ideally.
- 2-3+ years’ experience in a sourcing focused recruitment or TA role either agency or in-house.
- Have excellent customer engagement & communications skills.
- Strong knowledge & ability in using recruitment/TA tools.
The successful candidate will be hired on an initial 12 month contract with salary of approx. 40-50k depending on candidate skills & experience.
