Seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join a Business Services Organisation on a permanent contract.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Point of Contact for all Recruitment Activity and drive the end – to – end recruitment process
- Schedule, organise and prepare interviews, meetings, functions and special events
- Observe strict compliance regarding Recruitment (and HR) processes
- Assess training needs requirements within the business for Hiring Managers and Deliver Training where necessary
- Support the Recruitment Department in the administration of the recruitment and selection process
- Assist in the updating and maintenance of all recruitment materials
- Monthly and Quarterly Reports on Recruitment Metrics
- 1+ years recruitment experience
