We are looking for a Recruitment Talent Delivery Manager to join our TEG team in Cpl. In this role you will be responsible for the Talent Delivery team and will support the TEG Client Services teams with our client’s request for a total talent management solution.
As a Recruitment Talent Delivery Manager you will have the responsibility to manage the delivery teams to deliver on the client’s recruitment requests. You will work closely with our client services teams to plan the workload of the delivery teams to meet the expectations of our clients. In this role you are required to establish a delivery function to ensure that we are providing consistently high levels of customer service and meeting requests within deadlines set.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, function and how it fits into the organisation
• Track pipeline activity from all team members to share market insights with internal stakeholders and hiring partners
• Measure and report on all TA Specialists performance KPIs, training etc
• Proactively manage the workload and distribution of roles between the teams to create efficiencies and consistent delivery for our clients
• Train, Mentor, Coach and support all team members
• Partner with your TA Specialists to devise a strategic sourcing plan using your sourcing expertise to uncover the best talent for our clients
• Support with mapping out the market and talent pools available for our clients and be on hand to present to clients as required
• Create talent pipeline project in conjunction with client services managers on upcoming projects and manage talent pools
• Recruit, hire and onboarding new team members as required
• Full HR responsibility of the delivery team
• Champion the use internal Systems, looking at areas of improvement around effective and efficient use of our systems to meet the needs of the TA Team and our clients reporting requests.
Experience Required
• 5 - 8 years’ experience of management teams
• A proven track record working in the recruitment industry
• Passionate about team management, coaching mentoring and supporting teams throughout their recruitment career
• Expertise in all things sourcing, attracting, and engaging with candidates
• Experience running recruitment programmes across high volume & technical / professional hiring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with senior leadership teams both internally and externally
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, working with cross functional teams
• Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
