The candidate must have insightful knowledge of HR/recruitment policies in their spoken language country and must have fluent English.
The role is based in Netherlands on a Work from Home basis.

• Design, implement, and execute effective Talent Acquisition strategies.
• Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment
• Participate in Corporate Talent Acquisition initiatives and partner with Corporate Talent Acquisition team members to delivery best in class Talent Acquisition services
• Support candidate sourcing/ screening and offer process
• Participate in related programs and process improvement projects as needed
• Achieve high levels of internal customer satisfaction
• Effectively balance employee advocacy with strong focus on business needs
• Monitoring team’s performance against the agreed SLAs
• Escalation Management
• BA/BS or equivalent (business or technical discipline preferred)
• Proven expertise in customer relationship management; strong consultative skills
• Advanced ability to develop recruiting strategies for the sourcing, evaluation and selection of corporate talent
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Prior experience providing consulting services to a division or divisions relative to workforce planning topics such as salary equity, internal movement, and staffing level planning
4-5 years of recruiting experience
