Are you a fluent French & English speaker, ideally with strong experience in customer support & sales order management?
Our client, a highly successful US multinational company are now recruiting for a French speaking Sales Order Specialist to join their European services team in the Shannon region on an initial 9-12mth contract.
The Job:
As a Sales Order Specialist, you will support key business/corporate customers across French & English speaking markets handling duties such as product & service enquiries, managing quotation processes, assisting in product marketing, trend analysis & all related administration tasks.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree/qualification in business/commerce would be an advantage.
- 1-2+ years' experience in customer service or sales support/order management role.
- Fluency in French & English is essential. Ability in a 3rd language would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to interact with colleagues & clients at all levels & deliver excellent customer service.
This role is an initial contract of 9-12 months & a starting salary of approx. €28-30k depending on skills/experience. There is potential that this role will go longer-term/permanent & will then include a full benefits package.
This role is expected to be fully remote/WFH for the contract period.
