Key accountabilities will include:
- Analysis, policy and administration for compensation processes across the EU region
- Support the annual compensation review process to include systems management, budget analysis, data analysis
- Conduct benchmarking exercises and market data research to ensure the company remains competitive
- Be the SME in compensation and benefits programs and practices to support the wider HR team
- Supporting annual benefit renewal processes and including vendor management and invoicing
- Assist in planning, developing and redesigning company benefits programs to include benefit costing
- Partner and collaborate on ad-hoc compensation and benefit projects
- Build out new country compensation and benefit set up
- 3+ years’ experience in a fast paced, changing environment
- Proven ability to work independently
- Have a get up and go attitude
- Additional International or European experience would be advantageous in addition to Irish knowledge
- Degree/Master in relevant field
