Purpose of this role:
To provide the Directors with confidential, professional, and proactive executive administrative support. Integral role within the office and will be accountable for the smooth running of daily operations.
My client, who is based in North County Dublin, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior EA to join their organisation, reporting to the Directors. This role is ideal for someone with 5-6 years of EA experience at the C-Suite level; they will need a strong administration background, attention to detail and are happy to work off their own initiative.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinates complex scheduling and extensive calendar management for the Director, as well as management of content and flow of information through prioritisation to ensure priorities are met and best practices are upheld.
- Oversees daily functional operations through collaboration with leaders and colleagues, performing an array of administrative tasks
- Prepares and collates information for meetings to include agendas, relevant documents/presentations, and reports, ensuring effective and timely distribution.
- Proactively follows up on any outstanding action items from previous meetings and seeks updates.
- Overseeing and booking company events which will include preparing budgets, itineraries, and packages, as well as booking hotels and taxis for clients.
- Establish and manage paper and electronic filing systems.
- Managed and resolved queries for the Director
- Developed efficient and effective management information systems and procedures that allowed swift and easy access to key documents and files
- Compiles client and sales information for reports/presentations in useable and presentable formats.
- Produce correspondence, reports and other documents that meet high standards of quality and service, including coordination of budgets and compiling and distributing reports.
- Organising internal and external meetings, ensuring preparation and circulation of relevant documents in advance.
- General Administrative duties, including reconciling expense reports in line with company policies, the printing of relevant documents, and posting/arranging couriers.
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Skills and Experience Desired for this role:
- 5 years’ experience providing executive administrator/executive assistant support at C-suite level, ideally in a large-scale or smaller organisation where you were the “go to person” in a busy office environment.
- Experience with Sage platforms essential
- Experience in account management is advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong customer presence - excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship management skills and distinctive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and work within agreed timescales.
- Excellent attention to detail as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
- Experience managing and developing strong and productive working relationships
