Reporting to the Director of HR, the successful candidate will provide full HR partnering support to key business units in Limerick as well as acting as part of the HR leadership group. You will also be tasked with leading HR & change projects, implementing new HR processes, designing new training tools, supporting talent identification & succession planning & engaging with colleagues/stakeholders on all relevant senior level duties.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree (or above) in a HR or related discipline.
- 5+ years HR experience at Business Partner/Senior Generalist level within a multinational environment.
- Experience gained in a unionised manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
- Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong IT skills.
This position is being offered as a permanent role with salary range depending on experience but expected to be approx. 75k-80k + benefits.
