Reporting to Payroll Management , You will be asked to provide a broad variety of tasks to support the payroll team in the completion of all payrolls. Plans, prioritizes and organizes workload. Compiles, records, and analyzes Companys payroll and benefit data changes, such as tax information, direct deposit, changes to employees records, benefit elections, to maintain payroll records for processing of a bi-weekly and monthly payroll.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Reviews and inputs all administrative payroll data changes to records for processing of our bi- weekly and monthly payroll.
Works with other departments such as Comp & Bens and HRPBs to ensure payroll data is correct and processed accordingly.
Reconciles each payroll, reviews all entries and forwards for approval.
Ensures all tax information, reconciliations and payments.
Undertakes Time & Labour processing and administration of time cards.
Managing the internal inbox with responsibility for responding to employees queries
Assist with audit queries related to payroll.
Update SOP/training documents for a variety of payroll processes.
Work with the team to evalute and test system enhancements to Core Pay.
Performs other duties or projects as assigned by management.
Experience and Required Skills:
Education and Experience:
IPASS qualification preferrable with a minimum 5 years experience in a high-volume environment.
Minimum 3 years experience with Core Pay and Core Insight
Experience in Oracle preferred but not required.
Positive can do approach to work.
Proven track record at completeing projects and assigned tasks
Experience in European payroll preferred but not required.
Strong Excel experience including Pivot Tables, VLookups and Macros
