Senior Recruitment Consultant | Technology | European Markets
We are looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter. Option to work fully remote or choose one of our offices in Ireland, England, Germany or Belgium.
The Technology team has a wealth of industry and sector experience, leveraging this over the last 30 years to build a strong database, putting us in prime position for further growth.
We are looking for a self-motivated Technology recruiter with experience specialising European SAP markets. You’ll be a dedicated recruitment biller - you’ll enjoy meeting clients, winning the business, showing your team how it’s done and then all jointly working through projects as a unit to deliver amazing outcomes.
Joining us, you’ll be working in a mature environment where you’ll enjoy all the autonomy and responsibility you need to be proactive and raise your profile across your network. You’ll do this by taking a partnership, consultative approach with both clients and candidates.
Our ideal candidate will have solid experience gained in the tech market, ideally in SAP, as a complete, 360 recruiter. So, you’ll quickly and confidently be keen to secure new business and build your desk. If your previous experience was gained in Europe, that would be a distinct advantage, as would being fluent in a European language.

Responsibilities:
- Consistent delivery of targets and fee’s while ensuring that Cpl best practices and Core Values are demonstrated at all times
- Managing the full recruitment process from developing client relationships to attracting top talent.
- Working closely with clients to understand job briefs and how to approach the market for each role.
- Full candidate journey – Advertising roles, screening candidates, interviewing candidates, advising and guiding candidates through the process.
- Serve as an ambassador of the brand, locally and beyond, as part of a broader strategy at Cpl.
