These roles are remote within Ireland.
This is a 9 month contract initially, with scope for extension for 18 months.
looking for a Site Reliability Engineer. As part of the Reliability and Quality team, you will work with engineers and business partners in an Agile environment to enhance, test, and support innovative and scalable tools and features that drive enforcement, protect customers, or fight cybercrime using the most cutting-edge strategies and state-of-the-art cloud technologies that leverage the remarkable scale and functionality of Azure.

Job qualifications:
Responsibilities:
• Perform troubleshooting of issues, including identifying root cause and potential system updates for long term resolution.
• Optimize existing systems and data pipelines by building infrastructure and testing frameworks and eliminating manual work through automation.
• Apply availability, performance, and scalability expertise to ensure CST-E services continue to meet partner expectations.
• Constantly improve customer experience through quantitative service monitoring, alerting, and the use of data and operational dashboards.
• Support operational security through application of process and technology.
• Develop software solutions to address root cause of incidents.
• Diagram system architecture, including workflows between components.
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant software design and development in C#
• 4+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
o OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred qualifications:
• Excellence in written and verbal communication and ability to partner for success across all levels of organization and technical depths.
• Experience with Azure Security Center and Implementation of Policies in Azure Management Groups.
• Experience Azure Data Explorer and KQL.
• Familiarity with common software design principles.
• Experience with programming and automation languages such as Power Shell and C#
• Strong experience with Azure stack and data related technologies.
• Experience implementing infrastructure as code using ARM templates.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Release Pipelines with quality gates in Azure DevOps.
• Experience securing cloud environments, configuration and use of security tools, and investigation of security issues .
• Experience working with big data sets (10 TB+ and tables with millions of records).
• Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
• Extensive experience with monitoring and telemetry frameworks.
