Cpl UK – Health have a new opportunity for a Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist in South West London working within a fantastic and highly supportive team. They are often able to ensure work throughout the school holidays, so you will be set for work through the summer break.
You will have a personable, friendly approach with patients and colleagues and perform your duties to the highest standards.
This is a community-based role ready to start ASAP for a minimum of 3 months, for a dysfluency caseload. The specifics of the role are:
- Full time B6 SLT paediatric locum role
- 2 days Dysfluency clinic – virtual / Face to face – opportunity for assessment and therapy
- 3 days Mainstream schools – virtual / Face to face
- *Usually working in mainstream schools across the borough with school age children (primary and/or secondary) with a range of SLCN
- Experience of writing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) ideal
- Mostly consultative role, some opportunity for training, depending on experience
- Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience of working with children and have experience of dysfluency (children who stammer)

Job Description:
- 37.5 hours per week
- ASAP start – minimum of 3 months (with possibility of extension)

- Hourly rate of £26
Requirements:
- HCPC registration
- Previous experience essential (6 months minimum experience within the community)
- Right to Work in the UK
