Based in store & reporting to the nationwide retail operations manager, your role will focus on all aspects of operations & customer management including maximising overall store sales & achieving sales targets, setting out store displays & merchandising/marketing materials, ensure company procedures & policies are adhered to, leading/motivating the floor sales team & ensuring best in class customer service across all departments.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3-4+ years in a similar level retail operations management role.
- Proven people management skills.
- Excellent consultative selling & customer services experience.
- Experience in interior design, planning or a related field would be an advantage.
- a 3rd level qualification would be an advantage.
This position is being offered on a permanent basis with salary depending on skills/experience but expected to be approx 34-38k with excellent future career development prospects on offer to the successful candidate.
