CPL Life Sciences are working with a Global Pharmaceutical client who have one clear goal: to improve the lives of patients. They develop breakthrough therapies and innovative healthcare solutions in areas of unmet medical need for both humans and animals.
Role
The client requires a Senior Sourcing Manager to implement local categories in line with the overall BI sourcing strategy to constantly increase productivity, optimize the external global spend and reduce costs.
Role responsibility:
• Identify, evaluate and classify sourcing risks and devise risk mitigation measures
• Evaluate existing and potential local suppliers as well as the establishment and maintenance of supplier relations
• Manage local Business Partners actively and collaborate in order to align common goals
• Leverage sourcing tools (including e- or reverse- auction, parallel negotiation)
• Maximize usage of Master Services Agreements or Frame Services agreements
Experience required:
• Ideally worked within manufacturing and CapEx projects
• Closely worked with the manufacturing and electronic teams
• Ideally experienced within pharmaceutical, FMCG, Electronic or Telecommunications organisations
• Closely worked with supply chains on forecasting, setting up new products, bill of materials, inventory levels and safety stock
