Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Job type: Permanent, Full time
Salary: Depending on Experience - basic of 35,000 - 40,000 annually
- Working with B2B and B2C clients ; consultative approach; providing advice and becoming a trusted advisor
- Channels: Email, Phone, Chat Support
- Communication with other departments and product teams
- Maintaining customer satisfaction
- Fluent Swedish and English skills both in writing and speaking (C2 level)
- Experience in customer facing role (Customer service or Technical Support)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
