Responsibilities
• Work closely with the HR leadership team and People Partners to execute the new hire requirements in line with business strategy
• Undertake and oversee all activities within the end to end recruitment process.
• Work with business and HR leadership on workforce planning needs
• Constantly seek to refine approaches to attracting, sourcing and acquiring top level talent
• Responsible for the implementation of different recruiting and sourcing strategies to ensure optimum effectiveness in hiring talent for different specialties
• Provide leadership in educating hiring managers on best practice
Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years recruitment experience with a strong background in resourcing roles and leadership
• Must have clinical/Healthcare Recruitment experience
• Business, HR or other relevant degree
• Experience of working with senior leadership and developing resourcing strategies for a wide range of roles up to senior management / executive level
• Confident decision-maker
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Strong people management and relationship building skills to influence key stakeholders and leadership
• Analytical and strategic thinker
