An outstanding opportunity at a dynamic and highly respected Global organisation, who are looking for a proven TA Manager to join their growing recruitment team. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the Life Science industry, and proven experience in strategy development and a great network within life sciences.
Role Summary
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies with the business senior leaders
• Build the reputation of TA as a trusted advisor
• Business Partner with hiring managers to build great teams
• Pipeline tough to find candidates in a tough candidate market
• Work with marketing and HR to build brand marketing strategies to attract and retain the best candidates
• Manage and review requisition process for roles
• Manage agency relationships as required
• Line management for the junior TA team
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience Required
• Proven experience as a senior TA specialist or TA Manager
• Experience recruiting highly technical roles
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Flexible, adaptable and the ability to work within fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
• Ability working with employees at all levels in the organisation and across all functions both internal and external.
• A Life Science background would be an advantage
• Excellent organisation skills
