Job Overview:
- Join a newly formed EMEA HR team, supporting a start-up facility in Cork.
- Shape relationships with hiring teams, stakeholders and colleagues.
- Proactive and regular communication to stakeholder groups
- Play a key role in promoting the company brand both internally and externally.
- Assist with all stages of the recruitment process, from new vacancy to onboarding new employees.
- Support hiring managers with their recruitment campaigns
- At times support recruitment activity across a number of EMEA facilities.
- Advertise all vacancies internally using Workday, and externally via LinkedIn and other direct methods.
- Manage and monitor recruitment agencies (on PSL).
- Build relationships with Universities and Colleges across Ireland; manage the set up and attendance of University career fairs.
- Take ownership of the intern and graduate programmes.
- Prepare contracts of employment for all new hires along with follow up on new hire paperwork.
- Assist with relocation requests where needed, including visa applications.
- Requirements:
- Degree qualified with 3 years + experience as an in-house recruiter within a large, fast paced multinational environment, preferably within the Software/EDA industry.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills.
