Cpl is working in partnership with a market leading Engineering company to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their dynamic team in County Antrim.

Your new role
The successful candidate will join a busy recruitment team working directly with Hiring Managers across this business to ensure all requirements are met.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of temporary and permanent vacancies across Europe sourcing the best talent in the market.
Key responsibilities:
· Candidate attraction
· Building strong working relationships with Hiring Managers across this business to identify recruitment recruitments
· Support the recruitment function of the business to fulfil site requirements
· Creating talent pools of candidates
· Shortlisting and assisting with interviews
· Updating HR/ Recruitment databases
· Clarity and reporting of key metrics back to the business
What you’ll need to succeed
· Recent experience in a Recruitment/ Resourcing role
· Ability to work in a fast paced/ targeted working environment
· Excellent communication and time management skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT literate.
· Team-player.
