Your Role and Responsibilities
We’re growing a new team based in Dublin to deliver products and capabilities associated with Automation and more specifically, Process Mining. This is an exciting new field of development, using a range of technologies to allow companies to analyse and improve their Business Processes in both cloud and on-premise environments. We are looking for engineers with a wide range of modern development skills to join us in this endeavour.
You will be involved in the full spectrum of engineering activities, from R&D, design and development of the technical architecture, unit test and other test collateral creation as well as supporting our growing customer base. Your expertise in Java and Web technologies will allow you to enhance the customer experience and develop the next iteration of our Process Mining products. You will join a dynamic, friendly, and diverse team in an international and highly technical environment, which is at the forefront of Automation.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for engineers with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who are eager to learn a wide range of native and open-source packages with a particular bias on Automation and Process Mining technologies. You will be a self-starter, requiring limited supervision or guidance, with good communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work. This is a high-profile project at the core of the new strategy surrounding Automation and working with our wide range of stakeholders will be critical to ensure we meet the high standards expected.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
A strong candidate for the role would have good skills in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) as well as hands on experience with programming languages and scripting such as Java and Ansible. And of course, Git familiarity
Degree in Computer Science
A skilled practitioner in Java and Spring and object-oriented programming in general
Knowledge & practical experience of the J2EE environment and web technologies
Wide competency in agile development
Autonomy, curiosity, and team spirit
A passion to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Fluent English

Full Stack Java Script Development
Relational or non-relational database skills such as MySQL/DB2/MongoDB-DevOps practice
React web framework and development of graphical user interfaces
Data Science application development
Complex software development
Development of SaaS or Cloud service offers in micro services architecture
Kubernetes and Operator development
Architecture and technical leadership
Knowledge of software security
Artificial Intelligence Skills
