We are urgently looking for Technical Storage Specialist Level II profiles, based in the Glasgow area or in the rest of the UK and willing to relocate, to join one of our main Clients who is facing a strong expansion in terms of Worldwide business.
Candidates for these roles will speak fluent English, while any additional language, such as French, German, Italian, Russian or Spanish would be very much appreciated, but not mandatory. They will have a strong technical background & IT work experience, as they will be dealing with complex Operating Systems, Servers, infrastructures.
Please note that is not the typical call centre role, because the role holders will be in direct touch with the Customers via phone and chats through a E-ticketing system, focusing more on quality than quantity: for this reason, it is crucial that they are aware that Customer satisfaction will be one of the main KPIs! All training will be done at our Client’s offices, but after that, a hybrid working-schedule will be available, and a certain flexibility guaranteed. Salaries are in line with the Market and over, and the list of benefits is very attractive.
Last but not least: career progression is encouraged and promoted by the Client. Start date: January / February 2023, after a quite quick and significant recruitment process. No need for F2F meetings, if candidates are not available, all can be done on video.
