Technical Support Agent | CityWest
We are currently looking for a Technical Support Agent to work with our client in CityWest. You will be supporting the customers by assisting them with any query or issue they might have and try to resolve it as soon as possible, via phone or by dispatching a service engineer if necessary.
THE MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Resolve remote customer queries and issues via phone by means of a first-time fix or by dispatching for on-site support
- Log, validate and follow up with customers
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE/BE:
- Fluent English skills (Oral and Written)
- Good attention to detail
- Good Communication & Organizational skills.
- Flexible and willing to work variable shift patterns.
- Must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 )
Salary & Location
- Location: CityWest
- Must be flexible to work different shifts.
Requirement for experienced candidates:
- 6-12 months’ work experience in Service Desk/ Tech support environment.
