In this full time role (remote working) you will provide front line telephone support to a broad range of UK based clients.
Core Skills Required: -
- Detailed experience of line 500 / 1000 essential
- Sage Line 500 / 1000 Application installation and configuration.
- Knowledge of the System management of Sage 1000
- Sage Printer setup
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems client and server
- SQL server installation and support skills preferably from SQL Server 2005 up to 2019.
- Windows Printer setup.
- Windows server installation and support preferably from Windows Server 2003 up to 2019.
- Windows OS for PC knowledge, from Windows 7 onwards.
- Java installation and configuration.
- Microsoft Outlook support.
- Microsoft Office support.
- Sage CRM.
- Sage 50 Payroll.
- Sage 1000 to CRM Integration.
- Sage Report Designer – ability to design reports.
- Sage Layout Manager screen design skills.
- Sage Forms Designer screen and report design skills.
- Sage Paperless installation and configuration.
- Version One DbForm, DbMail.
- Draycir Spindle.
- Crystal Reports design.
- Windows Hyper-V virtual environment.
- VmWare virtual environment support.
