Responsibilities
- Providing consultative technical support via telephone, web, email, ticketing system
- Working with B2B clients to resolve the queries and technical issues (Tier 2)
- Researching customer issues in a timely manner, offering recommendations and action plans
- Communication with other departments and product teams
- Escalating cases to more senior Tech Support teams
Your Profile
- Fluent in German OR French OR Hebrew skills both in writing and speaking (C1/C2 level)
- Experience in Technical Support L2 role
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in Troubleshooting/Networking /Virtualization/VMware, enterprise storage troubleshooting, Storage operating systems
