Location: Nottingham
A provider of state of the art laboratory services and products is looking to recruit a Transformation Manager. They have a number of specialties including genomic services, blood and tissue serology products and supporting our healthcare system. The purpose of this role is to implement new projects across the business. The Transformation Manager will lead and manage change while ensuring high quality, efficient, safe, and cost-effective services. This position reports to the External Laboratories Director.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage change
• Line manage those within the project teams
• Set and monitor project deliverables
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
• Participate in business development
• Ensure the deliverables are met within the established budget
• Support QA audits
Requirements:
• Experience successfully acquiring new business opportunities
• Thorough knowledge of the laboratory processes and the healthcare environment
• Experience reviewing business and delivery models
• Experience line managing
