JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
· Work with global business, support and development teams (HRIS and integration vendors, developers, QA and Product Owners) for ongoing production support and enhancements
· Enhance existing Workday integrations and develop new features
· Enhance EIB’s, Core Connectors and Studio integrations
· Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions Qualifications
· Configure and support Workday and other packaged applications based on business requirements.
· Document technical specifications to support applications, develop test plans and perform unit testing.
· Build, test, implement and maintain Workday integrations with other applications.
· Evaluate new software versions and plan for upgrades and patches.
· Provide on-call support, triage problems, and resolve issues.
· Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, reporting progress to managers
· Mentor juniors and resolve issues
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
· Requires BA/BS degree or technical institute training and 2 or more years; minimum 1 years’ experience working with Workday
· Experience in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence, Performance Management, and Recruiting.
· Experience with Workday Report Writing, custom reports, calculated fields, Custom Objects, EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connecter, XSLT, XML, Document Transformation, compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Implementation Tenant, Sandbox Tenant, Production Tenant
· Experience with JIRA, Bit Bucket and Agile Methodology
· Prior experience with Peoplesoft integrations and migration into Workday (preferred)
· Domain knowledge in healthcare or insurance industry (preferred)
· Soft Skills: Strong Communication and Teamwork, Innovative, Quick Learner
