As a key part of the team & reporting to the head of operations planning, your role will focus on workforce capacity planning & operations team rota scheduling, building & implementing new quality control tools, analysing upcoming business levels to help support recruitment planning & preparing in-depth KPI reports for management teams across diverse divisons.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
- 2-3+ years experience in a business analysis or business intelligence reporting focused role.
- Strong knowledge & experience in using data analysis & reporting tools.
- Proven experience in project, change & systems implementation.
- Excellent problem solving ability.
This permanent job is being offered with a salary of 35-40k depending on skills & experience. In addition to this, there is also an excellent full benefits package as well as strong future career growth potential.
