Responsibilities will include:
- Workforce planning administration in accordance with the workforce planning policies and procedures.
- Supporting the Nurse Management Team in the rostering of internal and external resources.
- Inputting of nursing and healthcare team rosters on the Time Management System (TMS).
- Inputting of approved annual leave on the TMS
- Reconciliation of clock cards on the Time Management System.
- Completion of workforce planning reports.
- Liaise with the Director of Nursing payment/non-payment approval
- Any administration and workforce planning duties
- Collaborate with the Director or Nursing and HR team in the ongoing development of the TMS to drive efficiencies in workforce planning.
- Foster an open and inclusive style of communication, encouraging team working and positive relationships.
- Reception relief cover as required.
Key Requirements
- HR degree or related discipline
- 1+ years' experience in HR Administration role
- Strong knowledge of MS office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
