A leading IT company is looking for German speaker to join their IT Customer Care Team.
Location: Dublin office
Position: German Speaker IT Customer Expert
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Job type: Permanent, Full time
Salary: Depending on Experience - basic of 40,000 - 45,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Working with B2B clients ; consultative approach; providing advice and becoming a trusted advisor
- Channels: Email, Phone, Chat Support
- Communication with other departments and product teams
- Maintaining customer satisfaction
Your Profile:
- Fluent German and English skills both in writing and speaking (C2 level)
- Experience in customer facing role (Customer service or Technical Support)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
