Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a global financial services organisation in recruiting for a Senior Recruiter to join their global talent acquisition team for their South Dublin offices for their Global Technology & Operations. This position is a non-sourcing role, but will provide key partnership to the business and global stakeholders in a very high paced, high volume environment that are experiencing phenomenal growth. Strong influencing skills, market insight and process management are key attributes for the successful hire.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide both consultative and transactional recruitment support
- Partner with Internal mobility team and sourcing teams to drive a strong pipeline
- Ownership of the recruitment process is key from headcount approval to hire
- Provide hiring managers with up to date hiring data and market updates
Skills and experience required:
- Hands on experience in a fast paced, high volume hiring position
- Excellent stakeholder management is a must for this role
- Have the ability to work with push back from hiring managers
- Strong business acumen and have the ability to prioritizes in a high pressured environment
