This client creates innovative storage and data management solutions that help accelerate business breakthroughs and deliver outstanding cost efficiency.
Role Overview:
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Your Profile:
- Fluent German, French, Hebrew and English skills both in writing and speaking (C1/C2 level)
- Experience in Technical Support role
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge with HW Troubleshooting, Cloud, RAID, Block vs File etc.
What we offer
- Competitive salary depending on Experience - basic of 47000-60000 plus bonus annually
